Ans 1. Yes — we are proudly a women’s only personal training studio, built to support women 40+ in feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident.
Q 2. 2. What is personal training?
Ans 2. You’ll train alongside a handful of other women (no more than seven), each following a custom program based on her goals. It’s personal, but with others training beside you.
Q 3. 3. Do I need to be fit to start?
Ans 3. Not at all! Most of our clients are starting over or starting fresh — often after an injury, a long break, or just feeling stuck. We meet you where you are.
Q 4. 4. What kinds of results can I expect?
Ans 4. Clients report gaining strength, muscle, confidence, better balance, stamina, and improved energy — some have even reversed health markers like high cholesterol and blood pressure.
