Q 3. When Should I Expect to See Results?
Ans 3. <p>When you start at CrossFit TEF, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first few weeks.</p><p>The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start!</p>

Q 5. How Many Days Per Week Do I Need to Attend?
Ans 5. <p>When just starting out then 2-3 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust to your new routine.</p><p>You’ll be sore some days and need recovery time between training sessions. Remember, recovery is just as important as the work you do in the gym!</p><p>Over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you really want to see results!</p>
Q 6. What Should I Expect in a Class?
Ans 6. <p>Each class is led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a brief to outline what we will be doing that day and WHY.</p><p>We follow that with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.</p><p>The coach will brief on the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. </p><p>During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction and motivation to keep you moving.</p><p>At the end of class, athletes will cool down to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury.</p>
