Ans 1. <p>Yes. Paid to Maid is licensed, bonded and insured. If requested proof of workman’s compensation coverage can be provided.</p>
Q 2. Are all your employees background checked?
Ans 2. <p>Yes, Paid to Maid employees must undergo a criminal background check upon hire.</p>
Q 3. What areas do you service?
Ans 3. <p>We serve the Tampa Bay Area, our main office in Hillsborough County Florida. Depending on location, we may charge a travel fee associated with each service call. Please contact us for more information.</p>
Q 4. What payment methods do you accept?
Ans 4. <p>We offer Clover Flex which gives us the ability to accept debit and credit cards on site. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you are not home at the time of payment, we can invoice you or you can pay in advance over the phone or in person. We require a debit or credit card to hold an appointment, and of course cash is always accepted.</p>
