Ans 1. Choose how many family members to cover. Pay your membership fee and activate your membership. Start using your OPD benefits at any Health Hub or our online 24/7 clinic. You can also buy a customised group health insurance plan (exclusive for Clinikk customers) and use it for emergencies or hospitalisation.
Q 2. What services can I get at Clinikk?
Ans 2. Clinikk is designed to be convenient and the first place you can go to for common conditions to chronic problems. For fever, body ache, diabetes or full health checkup, you can get quick treatment at a Health Hub. If we do not have a service, our doctors can still guide you. We do not have dental or ophthalmology services or specialist doctors (yet).
Q 3. Is Clinikk a health insurance company?
Ans 3. No, we are not. We are a healthcare company with the goal to help you get quality healthcare without financial worry. Our memberships can come with group health insurance that you can opt for, provided by an IRDAI registered insurance company.
Q 4. What if I am outside Bangalore?
Ans 4. We have memberships for people located outside Bangalore that give you unlimited free access to our family medicine doctors, tele-consultations and group insurance (if you opt for it) together. Contact us through the website to know more.
