Ans 1. <p>-We offer free quotes for projects and new equipment installations or replacements. Equipment that is not working and needs repair requires troubleshooting time to ensure correct diagnosis and repair recommended, diagnosis time is billable and then repair quote will be provided.</p>
Q 2. 02 Do you work on commercial equipment and refrigeration?
Ans 2. <p style="padding-left: 40px;">-Yes, we do, the majority of our business is commercial.</p>

Ans 3. -Our hourly service charge starts from $135; we also offer reduced rates for those customers that have regularly scheduled maintenance agreements with us.
Q 4. 04 Are there mileage or truck charges added?
Ans 4. -No, our hourly rate covers all vehicle expenses so there are no additional charges on your invoice.
Q 5. 05 How quickly can you come?
Ans 5. -We always strive to respond as quickly as possible to service requests. Almost all of our service requests are addressed same day, occasionally during peak hot and cold temperature swings calls will need to be booked for next day.

Ans 6. -Yes, our technicians are qualified to perform warranty repairs on all major HVAC brand name equipment.

Ans 7. -Yes, we have certified and registered technicians that can test, repair, and replace cross connection control devices within the City of Calgary.
